DESIGN REVIEW & SAMPLE BOARD
Once you have discovered the vision that brings your dreams to life and have reached an agreement with our designer on all the elements, we will proceed to send you a sample board containing all the materials that were mutually agreed upon. This sample board will serve as a representation of what the final outcome will look like, allowing you to have a tangible and visual reference of the materials that will be utilized in the project. This ensures that you are fully satisfied with the choices made and that the end result aligns perfectly with your initial vision.

PURCHASE AND PRODUCTION
After finalizing the agreed-upon process, we will maintain constant communication with you throughout the entire process. Our team will provide regular updates on the production progress, ensuring that you are well-informed until delivery is made. We prioritize your satisfaction and stand behind the quality of our products. If there are any items that you do not approve of, we offer a guarantee and gladly accept their return.
